Summary[]
When Lex breaks his left arm while vandalizing the home of a cat lady, he clears his own name by telling the cat lady that he had nothing to do with the vandalizing. But the more he sticks to his story, the more his left arm begins to itch inside his cast... and the more the cast itches, the more the neighborhood cats begin to take a liking to it...
